Note: Each team must have two employees or volunteers. Space is limited to the first 288 paid players so get your registration and payment in as soon as possible. Appropriate golf attire to be worn (no jeans or t-shirts). Soft spikes only. Deadline for application and payment is August 6 or when field is full.
